1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sige88 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by sige88 ("sige88," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the sige88 Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

sige88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the sige88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of sige88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the sige88 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. sige88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sige88 may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the sige88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your sige88 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required for KYC compliance.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sige88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

sige88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sige88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sige88 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your sige88 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• sige88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your sige88 account.
• sige88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance and used in gameplay.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. sige88 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. sige88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• sige88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and are subject to change with notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sige88 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• sige88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the offer.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sige88 Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, Aviator, Money Coming, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• All casino games on sige88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting event as reported by official sources. sige88 reserves the right to void bets where results cannot be verified or where an event is abandoned.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, sige88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided at sige88's discretion.
• sige88 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or the Platform as a whole. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sige88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, automated software, exploits, or any other unauthorized technical means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, bingo, or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sige88 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

sige88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: You may enable periodic notifications reminding you of the time you have spent on the Platform during a session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the sige88 Platform — including but not limited to the sige88 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of sige88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sige88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sige88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

sige88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sige88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. sige88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

sige88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sige88 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12 Amendments to These Terms

sige88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sige88 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact sige88's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. sige88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

sige88 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with sige88 may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
